Kevin Strong, CEO

Kevin brings more than 20 years of management, marketing and business development experience in high technology industries, primarily in the communications semiconductor sector.

Prior to joining ‘FutureDash’, Kevin was Executive Vice President of Marketing for GPS chip startup ‘GloNav’. He was a key player in leading the business to acquisition by NXP Semiconductors for $110M in 2008, giving a 300% return for shareholders after just 18 months.

Before ‘GloNav’, Kevin's roles include:

  • angel investor in ‘RFDomus’ with responsibility for business development. He defined and drove the strategy to bring low-power RFIC technology to the GPS market, leading to a successful merger with CEVA’s GPS business to form ‘GloNav’. 
  • served as founding CEO during the spinout of 'Pictos Technologies' (a privately held CMOS image sensor business) from Conexant Systems
  • served at Conexant from 1998 - 2002 as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the $100 million Personal Imaging Division
  • held various management, marketing and engineering positions at Conexant’s predecessor, Rockwell Semiconductor Systems, after spending his early engineering career at Rockwell specializing in DSP-based analog modem systems design. 

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering with honors from Southampton University in the United Kingdom.

 

Allan Hundhausen, Founder and CTO

Allan was formerly at Quark Inc. where he led the design and development of their flagship enterprise publishing products.

He followed that success by being named Architect of Rich Internet Applications at Quark and subsequently developed a Flash authoring tool, Quark Interactive Designer, which won MacWorld ‘Best Creative Web Software’ and ‘Best of Show’ in 2006.

Allan founded FutureDash to apply the concept of Rich Internet Applications to everyday living and holds degrees in Computer Science (B. Eng.) and Mathematics (B.A.) from the University of Colorado.

 

Steve Soule, VP Engineering

Dr. Soule is a former Senior Software Engineer for Vexcel (Microsoft) and has held software positions in Sun Microsystems, Ball Aerospace and Lockheed.

Steve holds B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics and Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Colorado, and a M.S. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Mathematics, both from Brown University.
